Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. NordDye is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7+ days, please contact us and we will help you investigate with the carrier.
