We want you to feel confident shopping with Nordye. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.

 

 


Return eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

For safety and hygiene reasons, fire blankets that have been used, opened, or exposed to fire are not eligible for return.

 

 


Non-returnable items

 

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items that have been used or deployed

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Orders with incorrect addresses provided at checkout

 

 


Damaged or incorrect items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

 

 


Refunds

 

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

 

 


Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:

  1. Check your bank or card account again

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Reach out to us for assistance

Important safety note

 

FireShield is a safety product designed for emergency use. Once deployed, it should be replaced to ensure proper performance in future situations.
